Technical difficulties beyond our control arise from time to time which may result in a cancellation or rescheduling of your video request.
*EXAMPLE: Model may become sick, or quit the business entirely.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling for any reason, you have the following options:
You may select another model.
You may accept the rescheduling (if applicable)
What if I decide I want to option for another model after already selecting one?
You can always select another model if you so desire, however if you option for another model after a model has already accepted the assignment, there will be a Cancellation Fee. This fee will vary depending on the model as well as other variables such as model representation or if the model paid for testing specifically for your assignment. You will be informed of the fee amount and the amount must be paid in full prior to the assignment being offered to your newly chosen model. This Fee can range anywhere from $200.00 to the full day rate of originally selected model. This fee is paid directly to the model.
*NOTE: The Model Cancellation Fee may be taken from your already paid budget. Understand that when you change a model at the last minute, that does not reflect positively on us. The Cancellation Fee charged is how we make the change right and fair in the eyes of the model and/or their agent.
What if I select a model, and she subsequently decides not to participate in my video request?
Regrettably, this scenario is and can become a reality. You may have chosen a model for your production, but an unforeseen event prevents that model from fulfilling the assigned role or, alternatively, the model may simply decline your video request for any reason. This situation places you in a predicament, as you only proceeded with your request because you desired to cast a specific model. This can be a highly frustrating situation, and while it is possible, we cannot guarantee that it will not occur. With respect to our studio and the dedicated efforts of everyone involved in ensuring your production’s creation, we strongly advise that you always submit your request with alternate model considerations or option for our model suggestions.
What if I want to make some script, concept, and/or prop changes?
Any and all script or concept changes must be presented before official casting or model(s) acceptance of your assignment.
We offer a (1) one time FREE script or concept change as any and all script or concept changes require studio approval. There is a $250.00 script or concept charge for each change after the initial FREE change regardless of how major or minor the changes are.
Prop changes are FREE. However, all props must be ordered and received before the scheduled production date in order to be considered. In the event a particular prop is to be used by or on a model, the participants must approve the change.
Customer is responsible for all costs associated with the purchase and delivery of all props.
